Welcome to Palterton Primary School!

We are very excited to have our own website up and running, and I hope that you will enjoy learning more about our school. It cannot give you a full picture of life here at Palterton, but I hope that it will give you a small insight into our work, our values and our aims, and show you some of the things we have achieved and hope to achieve in the future.

This year promises to be another exciting year for everyone involved in the school community, as we continue to build on our successes, and develop our school, its curriculum, the building and the learning which goes on inside and outside our classrooms. This website will give us the chance to share our plans and celebrate achieving our goals, and we hope that you will enjoy reading all about it and seeing photographs showing important events and memories as the year progresses.

My aim for this website is that it helps to continue to build links within the school community, but also gives us the chance to communicate with the wider world, so that our children, staff, parents, governors and friends can share a little of the Palterton spirit nurtured in our school and our homes, learn from the wider world outside the classroom using the latest in technology, and become effective citizens in an ever advancing world.
